Welcome to the Pryme Advertising Affiliate Program. By joining our program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before applying.

1. Affiliate Eligibility

• To participate in the Program, you must be at least 18 years old.
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any Affiliate application at our sole discretion for any reason.

2. Referral Code Assignment and Usage

• Upon acceptance into the Program, you will be assigned a unique referral code.
• This referral code must be shared with potential clients, and it is required for tracking offline sales. Any sales not associated with your referral code will not be eligible for commissions.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your referral code is provided to clients at the time of purchase.
  
  

3. Commission Structure

• Commissions are earned on qualifying purchases made using your referral code.
• The standard commission rate is 10% unless otherwise stated or agreed upon in writing.
• Commissions are calculated based on the net sales amount (after any discounts, returns, or refunds).

4. Payment Terms

• Payouts will be processed on a monthly basis or when your commissions reach the minimum payout threshold of $500.
• Payments will be made via Bank Transfer
• You are responsible for providing accurate payment details. Pryme Advertising is not responsible for any delays or errors in payment resulting from incorrect information.

5. Responsibilities of Affiliates

• You agree to promote Pryme Advertising in a professional and ethical manner.
• Affiliates are not permitted to misrepresent Pryme Advertising’s services, pricing, or policies.
• Affiliates are prohibited from using any misleading or fraudulent methods to generate referrals.
• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local laws regarding referral programs and earnings.
  
  

6. Tracking and Reporting

• Since this is an offline referral program, Pryme Advertising will manually track sales and commissions associated with your referral code.
• Regular updates and reports will be provided to you, detailing your referral activities and commission earnings.
• Any discrepancies in tracking should be reported within 30 days of receiving your report for review.

7. Restrictions and Prohibited Activities

• Affiliates may not engage in any of the following:
  • Using spam, unsolicited email, or other deceptive marketing practices.
  • Misleading or misrepresenting the affiliate relationship.
  • Engaging in any form of fraud or falsifying information related to referrals.
  • Using your own referral code to make personal purchases in an attempt to earn commissions.

8. Termination of Agreement

• Pryme Advertising reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice.
• Termination may occur if there is a breach of these terms, misuse of the referral code, or fraudulent activities.
• Upon termination, any outstanding earned commissions will be paid, provided they meet the payout threshold and do not result from fraudulent activity.

9. Modifications to Terms

• Pryme Advertising reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Affiliates will be notified of any changes to the Agreement. Continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
  
  

10. Limitation of Liability

• Pryme Advertising will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program.
• We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Affiliate Program or your potential to earn income.

11. Confidentiality

• Any information provided to you through the Program, including but not limited to commission structures, sales reports, and client data, is confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties.

12. Governing Law

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, Texas , without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Acceptance of Terms

• By signing up for the Pryme Advertising Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
